After I passed out with distinction and got my Mechanical Engineering degree, I was working for a reputed private multinational company for 8 years. All those years I used to churn out different types of mechanical devices, which were useful for my company. Then one fine day, I thought, why not create different lives for different people? I mean, there were so many young students whom I could guide in various subjects & fields, It is surely better to create a confident individual rather than to create the same & often repeated mechanical device! This ignited the spark in me in the year 1994. I must mention here that I had a flair for teaching, since childhood. I loved helping out my friends & juniors right from 6th standard! So, I started part-time teaching with only 3 students of 10th standard. Fortunately, all of them did well in their boards. This is when I decided to quit my job in 1995 and devote myself to this line. Deo’s classes were officially formed in this year. Instead of calling it my vision. I would say that god has given me this mission to teach, to guide & to eliminate the phobia for Maths, that so many young minds develop. Luckily for me, I got quality teachers who could handle Physics, Chemistry & Biology with equal flair. Hence, “My Mission”, became “Our Mission”.
